Do this to feel safe, relax instantly and reconnect.

Dear Reader,

This simple practice has been developed based on ancient techniques used in many cultures across the globe. I have used it personally when I was developing the steps and given to many of my clients that had anxiety, sleeping difficulties or they seemed to be disconnected from their purpose. The results have been outstanding.

I am offering it to you today, because I think that after this time of covid and the changes or uncertainty we have all faced - one way or another - a little extra sense of safety is good to experience.

Doing it will only take a few minutes of your time. It can be done standing or sitting; just make sure that you will not be disturbed:
Inhale and make the exhale a little longer than the inhale.

Inhale slowly and again, make the exhale a little longer.

Repeat two or three times and notice how you slow down your breathing.

Breath normally now.

Say to yourself: This is safe. And place the fingers on your chest, in the area of your heart, making contact with the tip of your fingers. as you see in the photograph.

You might feel a tingling of energy in the tip of your fingers, although it is not needed that you notice. This has been proved scientifically: The energy is there.
Say: This is love. Love is a choice. I choose love.

Keep your attention on your breath, your fingers and the gentle energy that you might notice that is flowing upwards.  With every exhale, let that kind, gentle energy flow. If someone or something shows up in your consciousness, let the gentle energy go towards them, without any intention. Yours is to focus in the loving energy and let it go. Take a last deep breath and with gratitude for these moments, notice how you feel and get ready to go about your day,

Do this two or three times a day for a week or ten days and I am sure that you will have significant results.

Have a great day!

Sylvia.

This protocol was developed by me, as inspired by Greg Bradden and  John-Roger. I have measured and  registered the results experienced by over 20 clients. Sylvia Giussani, DSS.

I get impressions from the Universe at large and work them out, but I am only a plate on a record or a receiving apparatus — what you will. Thoughts are really impressions that we get from outside.

-------

Hi dear Reader,

Some thoughts came to me when I read that quote.
Many of us are so used to believe that thoughts - particularly those that recur as if they were haunting us - are inside of us. In reality, they are like past creations, tied to an event in our timeline by the perception and development we had achieved at the moment of the event. Like frosting on a doughnut (although those are good). But so are thoughts when we put them in perspective. At the moment they did help us.  Something happens and we have a feeling about it. It could be a very basic response: "I like this", "I do not like this". We situate the event in our timeline with the perception we have at the moment and we give it identification which then becomes a thought. Nothing in it is really ours. It is an impression of something that happened to us in the past affecting us. We identify or label to then project it into the future such that it is supposed to prevent us from having such an unpleasant experience again: "I was playing with my friends at school, we were loud and laughing, we were super happy creating a beautiful sandcastle when suddenly the teacher came and sent us into detention." (an event that affected me in its perceived timeline) "This is an unfair place where we cannot play and do something nice together, with this bitter teacher that does not get us." (label, identification).

Then with what we know at the moment,  we usually decide something about ourselves to explain, to give some sense to the experience, or to prevent the suffering and move on.  And that becomes a belief that will set the limits of how we perceive, what we expect, how we respond to events, our sense of loyalty, self-esteem, power, deserving and many more. The good news, we can make it all work better for ourselves.
Yet that is another blog entry.
Stay safe.

Cheers from Sylvia!!!

Heaven on Earth is a choice you must make, not a place you must find.

Happy New Year to you!

Hi again!

I started doing this simple technique that Greg Bradden explains in the video  because I needed something to give me the certainty that I am connected to my inner truth even if I am in the variety of possible scenarios that we face: in the world, on the go, with others, in situations, making decisions. It did take a little practice to remember to do this 'first', this is before reacting, but I got it! So I decided to share with you all. Wishing you the Best, here it goes!

Noetic Balancing

October 23, 2020

Greetings!

Finding a way to bring into coherence a very regular daily active life in the world with my awareness of the inner profound devotion I had since a young age, inspired me to read many religious and mystic texts and led me to study ‘practical spiritual science’.

Simultaneously I was developing great inclination to service in the areas of my study, which were focused in the alignment and increased consciousness of learning and empirically unravelling the new possibilities that started to appear as I was attaining greater balance and awareness of the physical and spiritual (as inner) worlds.

In time I also did some studies on resonance, the alignment of heart and mind and the healing power of the heart, while I was starting my studies with Dr. Robert Waterman and his Noetic Balancing Therapy.

In the year 2005 my Doctoral study focused in participants of a 90 days study doing self-observation with the consequent release of judgement values and opinions in relationship with a goal each participant set up for themselves, combined with a recurrent and periodic inner process of accessing, exercising and measuring their level of comfort with their introspection leading to greater intuition, ease, expression, communication and further practical next steps towards their goal. 85% of the participants experienced what they considered improvements and new and very applicable approaches to the pursue of their goal.

In time I also did some studies on resonance, the alignment of heart and mind and the healing power of the heart, while I was starting my studies with Dr. Robert Waterman and his Noetic Balancing Therapy.

Noetic Balancing

Beliefs, self-defining opinions and value judgements are held in the field that is in and around each person and inform our mental and emotional balance affecting the flow of energy, range of perception, vitality, even blocking and distorting the easy access - found in the morphic field - to greater perception of self, our relationships, the world, our purpose and such. With that access, possibilities and freedom to choose are found. The physicist David Bohm called the field ‘implicate order’. Rupert Sheldrick called it the morphogenic or morphic field, meaning ‘form making field’.

The process is simple. By intention to allow the highest good available to the client, the practitioner merges fields with the client. He or she engages blocks and distortions detected in the field, deconstructs them and brings them to the client’s awareness, allowing the client to reconcile, dissolved or balance them. The practitioner witness and observes the transformation of the energy as information which then informs the client differently. The change in reality often appears as healing or a new ease for the client in general and in the area that was their concern. The field appears whole, light, smooth, silky.

Dr. Robert D Waterman, EdD, LPCC, Founder and President Emeritus of Southwestern College developed Noetic Balancing. Dr. Waterman studied with Dr. Nella Dell Hunter, who pioneered the practice of aura balancing, a form of therapy in which the practitioner works directly with the energy fields surrounding and penetrating the physical body.

Dr. Waterman combined the energy work of Dr.. Hunter with the philosophies of Husserl*, Emerson**, Steiner*** and John-Roger**** from Noetic Field Therapy. He then expanded that balancing into Noetic Balancing, which includes a broader field than the person’s centers of energy including the entire matrix of the morphic field, with an approach to inner clarity, harmony and alignment.

* Edmond Husserl - The main characteristic of consciousness is that it is always intentional. In Husserl's work, consciousness of any given thing calls for discerning its meaning as an "intentional object". In opposition to naturalism, for which material nature, life itself is simply a given and conscious part of nature, to be approached with the correlation between “experiencing” and “that which is experienced”—for example, between perceiving and the perceived, remembering and the remembered, and so on.

Such an object does not simply strike the senses, to be interpreted or misinterpreted by mental reason; it has already been selected and grasped, grasping being an etymological connotation, of percipere, the root of "perceive".

** Ralph Waldo Emerson - We see the world piece by piece, as the sun, the moon, the animal, the tree; but the whole, of which these are shining parts, is the soul.

The central message Emerson drew from his Asian studies was that ‘the purpose of life was spiritual transformation and direct experience of divine power, here and now on earth.’“He believed that all things are connected to God and, therefore, all things are divine. ‘Philosophically considered, the universe is composed of Nature and the Soul.’ ‘What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.’ “

*** Rudolf Steiner - Steiner attempted to find a synthesis between science and spirituality.

His philosophy -called spiritual science - postulates the existence of an objective, intellectually comprehensible spiritual world, accessible to human experience, aiming to present ideas in a manner verifiable by rational discourse and specifically seek a precision and clarity in studying the spiritual world mirroring that obtained by scientists investigating the physical world.

‘Thinking… is no more and no less an organ of perception than the eye or ear. Just as the eye perceives colors and the ear sounds, so thinking perceives ideas.’ There are no essential limits to human knowledge. Steiner sought to build a Western approach to spirituality based on the philosophical and mystical traditions of European culture.

**** John-Roger Hinkins, DSS – Dr. John-Roger Hinkins dedicated his life to the study and teaching of the levels of consciousness physical, imaginational, emotional, mental, esoteric into the Consciousness of Soul of each person who perceive themselves as an emanation of God who is allowing each of His emanations, the Soul, to have experiences to learn and grow from, on their way back to Itself. Letting go of sheaths of conditioning and patterns as they show up, for the growth and good of the person, that individual is available to what is the mission of his Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy: learning the lessons of the physical and spiritual worlds.

What We Believe Creates Us

The physical body is a reflection of everything that you believe. In the same context, everything that is going on in your life is going on in your body. The way you look and how your feel is all a perceived identity that is created in the illusion of the Third Plane.

Wheels of Light

Some therapies are ways to reacquire an expanded field. Once this occurs we are then able to change attitudes and feelings that, because they were linked to impactful experiences, they were also lodged within our subconscious. Because of their association with hurt or pain, these attitudes and feelings are often negative or do not match our best intention: at best they are restrictive. Locked within our subconscious they continue to influence our thoughts and beliefs unconsciously. Once brought to consciousness, however, they can be examined, explored, or simply released, making room for more healthy attitudes and feelings.
